I report to the head of the Management Information Division. My team oversees the regular reporting of commercial performance and financial results per network to the Bank’s Executive Committee, and also to the Bank’s relevant committees (Retail Committee and Companies’ Committee), proposing corrective courses of action when required. My team also monitors the implementation of the Bank’s Strategic Plan and delivers the regular progress reports thereon (for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and other relevant committees), including proposals for corrective measures when needed. We also monitor, and deliver the monthly report on, operating costs and capital expenditure per division, spotlighting main issues and variances vs budget, and are also responsible for delivering the annual budget for operating costs and capital expenditure per division.

I was in charge of equity investors, and responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the relationship and communication between Millennium bcp and its Shareholders, equity analysts and institutional investors, in order to achieve a fair market valuation for the company.
