On behalf of Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Luis assisted the Project Manager to assure the execution/project management in the Construction of the Royal Commission Headquarters at Madinat Yanbu al Sinaiyah (MYAS) worth SAR 466,468,766, (USD $ 124 391 671)The work of this contract included procurement, construction and all works necessary for the site development, infrastructure and utilities of the Royal Commission Headquarter Building with 22 floors.Site works (4.4 hectares) includes grading, substructure concrete including piles, pile caps and foundations, VIP bridge, sidewalks, area and street lighting, landscaping and hardscaping, potable water, sanitary sewer, irrigation, low and medium voltage power distribution, chilled water production and distribution system, telecom works. This building has two levels of parking and service areas with a total area of approximately 61,000m2, located below the building.

Worked for a main contractor in the construction of the Administration Building for the Jubail University College (JUC) worth SAR 573 797 760,69 (USD $ 152 978 899,50).This building consists on a hybrid structure (In situ & Precast Concrete). Core building is a five mixed-use structure with approximately 151,697 m2 build up area. The site works includes roads and earthworks, storm drainage system including sump pits, sanitary waste water system, potable and fire water system, chilled water system, treated sewage effluent system (irrigation system), electrical works for storm drainage sump pits, area lighting, telecommunication system and landscape.

Worked for a main contractor in the construction of a residential high-rise building with 23 floors. The Orion Tower, worth R$ 74.9m (€27.6m) located in Sao Paulo has flats with 138 m2 and 109 m2, 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 suites. Worked closely with the Project Manager and field engineers regarding constructability, timing, costs, and quality. It was Luis´duty to review the performance against the plan and to provide reports to assure adherence to safety and building regulations
