• Launch configuration management• Monitoring and management of the entire process with the purchasing and manufacturing sectors until the vehicle is assembled• personnel management and resource distribution• budget forecasting

- Analyst responsible for the range of current products, new products and phase in phase out- Active driving in the development of parts and components with suppliers with synergy to the engineering and platform team;- Negotiation of costs, price/piece and investment in tooling with national and international suppliers;- Ability to negotiate deadlines and execute according to the milestones established by the organization;- Knowledge of the process and operational mode of the largest suppliers in the automotive sector in Brazil;- Management of tooling nationalization.

- Responsible for the transition from technical to operational language (Engineering for assembly line) of the light, medium and heavy vehicles operating unit, new products division.- Interpretation of 2d and 3d drawings, domain of software such as TEAMCENTER, TAS, IVECOWEB and MATRIX10. Reading, interpretation and application of spreadsheets and projects sent by Product Development Engineering in English.- Monitor the entire assembly process of new products, ensuring quality and assertiveness of assembly concepts, respecting the project guidelines.- Guide operators on the assembly process of new products.Participate in meetings with the Logistics Engineering, Production and Workanalysis team, to support them with information relevant to new changes such as industrial machinery, parts supply locations and number of people to carry out activities related to the new product.

- Assembly line for heavy vehicles (trucks and buses);- Operation of machinery for vehicle assembly;- Studies and application of World Class Manufacturing (WCM);- Creation of kaizen for improvement and cost reduction.
