Hi! My name is Leo Rafael Cayanan and I'm an Account Specialist.I've been in the customer service industry for more than 7 years and in the VA industry for almost 3 years now. My customer Service Career started in January 2013 when I got hired as an outbound sales representative for a timeshare account. I learned a lot from that experience and even became a TeamLeader Apprentice in a short period. After that, I ventured into handling Telco accounts as a CSR, Subject Matter Expert and Transition Coach for 3 Years collectively. And then, I decided to upskill and handled 2 major financial accounts. I was a phone banker for Wells Fargo for more than 3 years and as a Customer Care Professional for American Express handling their business accounts. And before I entered the world of Virtual Assistant and decided to work from home full time. I also had my fair share of handling e-commerce accounts for more than a year both as a CSR & Sales Rep.When the pandemic happened, I decided to go full-time as a Virtual Assistant. I joined Brightdrop Virtual Assistants and I handled 2 of the major clients for almost 2 years; DealerFocus and XPS Global. And my most recent job that I had was being an executive assistant for the CEO of Allincoaching and Lead Generation VA for a Webdesign/Development Company. I believe that I have grown professionally in handling various accounts. I've handled different tools such as Dux-Soup Automation, CRM Tools, FUB, Strife, Authorized and Excel to name a few. I put 110% effort to make sure my client/customer gets an excellent output with the tasks that I'm being assigned to whether it's administrative, customer service or whatnot.
