About Luca Ricci

I have been working for about 20 years in the Information Technology area, where I developed with passion my professional experience, through different area and business functions.I started as IT manager in the tourism industry, then moved into product marketing to culminate in designing, projecting and selling enterprise information systems and application solutions.I've handled several projects that have helped me to develop a strong ability to manage relationships and an excellent ability to coordinate working teams finalizing committe expectations and project goals as well.In 2012 I became SugarCRM Certified Sales Specialist. As a CRM specialist, I focused my skills in selling and delivering Sales/MKT Automation, Service Desk and Customer Care projects.In 2019 I became a Cloud Sales Specialist with the aim to promote Enterprise Cloud Strategies, moving from traditional IT architectures as base for the transformation.
