Supporting this process was particularly significant, given the team'sprevious experience in the waterfall model, making this transition involve not only the implementationof new processes but also a cultural and mindset shift, promoting a more collaborative, iterativeapproach focused on continuous delivery of value to the customer.- We became a reference team for implementing and spreading agile practices to other teams acrossdifferent projects in the company.
