We performed a review of the client’s supply chain organization, including processes and capabilities. The final deliverable is a recommendation for focus areas in the coming years along with a road-map for implementation.

Experience from a range of projects in private and public sector.Selected projects:🔸 Analysis of costs in Danish feature film productions: Responsible for conducting a study of the costs in Danish feature film productions. The project was based on a detailed analysis of 15 selected productions, and the purpose was to identify causal explanations of differences in cost levels. The project was conducted for the Danish Film Institute.🔸 Strategy implementation: PMO lead on a large strategy implementation programme with more than 100 people involved. The programme transformed the distribution model of one of Denmark’s largest mortgage lenders.🔸 Supply Chain Due Diligence: Responsible for quantitative analysis used for identification and assessment of risks regarding a supplier and sub-suppliers. The project was conducted for a large Danish transportation company

Through project work in various fields I have gained experience with business cases, budget analysis, demand analysis and impact analysis. I worked as a project manager on several smaller projects.Selected projects:🔸 Analyses of administrative costs. Participated in the development of a model for assessment of the administrative costs in Danish municipalities. Analyses have been conducted for several of the largest municipalities in the country (e.g. Copenhagen). 🔸 Market analysis for telecommunication services: Responsible for analysis and reporting in an investigation of the market for telecommunication services among private and business clients in a Danish city. The investigation included an analysis of the present situation and the demand and was a provider of telecommunication services.🔸 Evaluation of Danish space research: Responsible for all analyses in an estimation of the economic impact of the Danish contribution to ESA (European Space Agency). The investigation was based on in-depth interviews with executives in Danish space companies. The project was conducted for the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation.
