Duties include:- Working closely with our designer to create new garment specifications- Preparing specification sheets with fully graded size sets for bulk production- Managing critical paths for sampling, development and bulk production- Managing internal sampling and development process with freelance pattern cutter, freelance sample machinist and external pattern digitising facility to ensure factories have clear and concise patterns for sampling and production- Leading fit sessions with Design team- Uploading and managing product information, production orders and special sales orders in Zedonk- Clear and effective communication with suppliers in the Far East, India and Europe- Factory visits to India and China- Managing test reports and providing appropriate care label artwork- Reviewing and improving key department documents such as Supplier Manual- Liaising with Sales and E-comm team on potential production issues which may influence delivery of collection- Taking an active role in personal professional development
