My passion is building and coaching successful financial advisory teams who thrive on guiding individuals and families to financial independence. I love and take pride in helping people succeed and build skills that will serve them throughout their careers and in turn also their clients. My practice has always focused on how to bring “real world” skills to life through assisting advisors to find their own style and build on their strengths. Coaching allows me to assist others to think and perform outside of their comfort zone and to facilitate business growth.In my role as the Sr. Director of John Hancock Advice I enjoy spending my days problem solving and collaborating with financial advisors and clients on a variety of financial planning and wealth management decisions pertaining to their personal financial success. We are successful because we can blend human advice with technology for scale and efficiency in a simplified manner for the customer. Outside of the office, I have an incredible family that shares my values and interests for a well-rounded lifestyle and we often enjoy outdoor and volunteer activities that give back to our community. I am a little league baseball coach, music fan, a member of the Financial Planning Association of Boston and FINRA Continuing Education Content Committee.
