My passion is in Information Technology and Business. For over ten years I have been linking technological solutions to business problems. My strenth is in analyzing complex challenges and transforming them into actionable strategies. I am goal oriented and driven to innovate. Personally and professionally I value empathy, to put myself in the other's shoes as well as I can, and to understand what is on the other's mind. With my proactive attitude, I am able to take responsibility and ownership. The goals of my team and my client are also my goals! In a team setting I can be a typical coach, diplomat and analyst, but I am self reflective enough to avoid pitfalls of over analysing and perfection. At all times, I keep my eye on the target.
