PM – Development: Delivery & Project management activity (Aug 2014- Aug 2015) Currently involved in the project management activity of a Government project - "Haryana State Health Resource Center"​. Responsibility in preparing the project plan, communicating the project's weekly status report to the Program manager of the Haryana project, tracking the project status from offshore development team, Single point of contact for the implementation team etc. This project involves delivery of the product in multiple phases to 55 healthcare centres in Haryana state in coordination with our partners UnitedHealth Group Handling multiple migration projects for the existing customers to the latest 4.x versiono Dr.Agarwal eye hospital state in coordination with our partners DELLo Family Medical Practice - Vietnamo Sankara Eye Hospitalo Nova Medical CenterPM – Support: Cloud based Healthcare Information system (Nov 2012 to July 2014) Over all responsibilities on Product support (L1, L2, L3 and implementation support) and setting the development & support process to improve overall customer satisfaction.  Managing the complete operations of support team, with the help of 15 members (Technical support / non technical support / Release engineer) Release management responsibility of weekly product release to several customer to the training and live environment. Managing and monitoring the incoming and outgoing issues on daily basis, timely addressing the blocker and critical issues while the patients waiting at the hospital counter, Publishing the customer wise defect trend to the management on weekly basis. St.Martha's Hospital - Bangalore, Dr.Agarwal eye hospital, Sankara Eye Hospital, Nova Medical center, Vaatsalya group of hospitals, Thiruchur Heart Hospitals, are the few prestigious clients of Medics HIS product. Data Centre manager for maintain the cloud environment (Support production server , Failover server, Disaster recovery server)

Bank Fusion Platform: Two times won the Spot award from the Bank fusion team for individual contribution of effectively supporting multiple customers in various releases.Rendered support to the several post go live operations on Bank Fusion Universal Banking with complete ownership.Created and owned maintaining of the Dash Board for publishing the issues counts, resource utilization, inflow and outflow tracking, defects trend graphs, target settings, forward fit tracker etc. on daily basis.Maintained the production dumps and the replica of the production environments which helps to reduce the turnaround time for recreating the issues.Regularly conducted the stand-up calls with the application teams and the onsite teams to understand the pulse of the customer’s problem.Played a pivotal part in analysing and resolving the issues by liaising with vendor.Acted as a single point of contact for vendor related Issues. Played pivotal role in stabilizing the operations of Bank fusion Universal banking, a core banking Product of Misys, with respected to Batch frame work, scheduler and Referral Modules.Suggested various Recommendations on Process changes on the issues tracking system across Misys internal application teams and the production issues from the customer.Memory leaks in the Platform product.Strictly monitored and provided guidance in drastically reducing the defects and proactively forward fitted & retro fitted the fixes across several versions of the product. Due to this maintained stable operation thus ensuring satisfied customers.

EMU Module Development in Bank Master Product of MisysDexterously involved in scoping exercise for European Monitory Union module in Bank master product.Carried out the functional analysis and business requirement for changes required and to prepare the estimates for the same.Designed the Currency conversion logic, Foreign exchange and Retail banking module of Bank Master for Euro Currency conversion for Transition phase (Introduction of Euro currency and dual currency existence). Designed the module required for Redenomination phase (Conversion of Participating European currencies to single Euro currency).

 Involved in development & maintenance of large databases for the clients like Unit Trust of India, Life Insurance Corporation of India, ICICI Bonds, SBI Mutual funds etc.  Valued with the appreciation from CEO of the company for quicker turn around for various level of report generation programs and Master file conversion programs. All the 9 branches of the company in India connected with VSAT. So in Mumbai as the headquarters we have to maintain the data centrally.
