Reporting to R&D Manager, the role imply to manage the high complexity ETO (Engineering To Order) projects transferred to CoxGomyl's factory in Spain and to provide support and assistance to these BMU products.Key Tasks- Support to Operations • Responsible to be the reference/expert in Spain regarding installed ETO projects. • Support to analyze any deviation in the ETO products when needed and responsible to communicate any solution to address these deviations. • Support to make requested changes and corrections throughout the life of the product. • Provide feedback to the factory for product improvements and design changes to reduce costs and improve competitiveness. - Support to Sales Offices • Ensure that BMU design BMU comply with applicable regulations, • Supporting Client Project Team to ensure that the BMU concept/specifications comply with customer needs. • Technical support to the Customer Service Team to develop spare parts and upgrades quotes for installed ETO projects.Key achievements • 4 Projects delivered from factory. • +200 orders released per year for customer purchase orders and claims. • +100 solved customer claims per year.

Mechanical Engineer working at the technical and R&D department on the design and manufacture of removable auxiliary structures and equipment for temporary building works. Responsible for CAD models, manufacturing drawings, tooling design, contact with suppliers and materials database.

Internship with the department of Applied Physics and Materials Science from The Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering (ETSII) as part of one of the research groups of Technical University of Madrid (UPM) Laser Centre. Research activities complemented by the development and improvement of a simulation model of the Laser Induced Forward Transfer process in COMSOL Multiphysics.
