As a professional transitioning from advanced chemistry research to cybersecurity, I bring a unique perspective that combines problem-solving and analytical thinking. My current area of ​study in Information Technology and Security at Universidade Nove de Julho has equipped me with expertise in computer networks (OSI and TCP/IP models), operating systems (Windows and Linux), data security, and cyber defense.To contribute to this learning journey, I have taken courses such as “Operating Systems: Overview, Administration, and Security” (IBM/Coursera), “Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools and Cyberattacks” (Google/Coursera), and “Fundamentals of the General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD)”. These experiences have deepened my understanding of essential principles such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA triad), threat mitigation, and legal compliance.I am enhancing my expertise in cybersecurity tools such as using Active Directory and vulnerability analysis with Nmap, while pursuing the CompTIA Security+ certification. My goal is to leverage my technical expertise and research background to develop innovative solutions and strengthen organizations’ defenses against cyber threats. I am actively seeking opportunities to contribute to dynamic teams in the cybersecurity domain and expand my professional impact.
