Directly responsible for scheduling oil movements on various Pipelines(explorer & colonial). Accountable for issuing daily scheduling orders to terminal operators and customers in a timely and accurate fashion. Scheduling orders reflect close coordination of receipts, and inventories which ensures ratability of deliveries to customers. In charge of receiving, analyzing, and determining acceptance of shipper nominations, and for entering them in proprietary system. Directly responsible for verifying monthly activities for each customer from origin to destination after the close of financial system. Works closely with shippers, operation coordinators, and traders to coordinate events in pipeline activity that affect the movement of product within Transport4. Build and maintain close relationships with key counter-parties including industry events. Communicate system capabilities and deficiencies each month to traders and analysts. Schedule and daily balancing of hydrocracking sphere. Products scheduled include all grades of Refined Crude Products such as Distillates, Gasoline; Jet Fuel, Natural Gasoline C5; Butane NC4; typically used in blending operations.

Manage Excel data models, statistical reporting systems; Genscape Systems; maintain and automate daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc models to enable the traders and analysts the time to work on new projects more suiting to their comparative advantage; insure accuracy in reports; develop new ways to make data useful for traders; development and modification of new & existing data systems. Xml and Visual Basic scripting;

Production support on 95+ AIX production/development servers. UNIX- AIX security liaison and troubleshooting, sudo and SSH applications, Korn Shell Scripting, E-mail tracking and Audit reporting and compliance. Ensure all servers data in compliance with PCI-DSS and SOX-2002 standards.
