• Led the buildout for the Sempra Energy Headquarters, a $250+Million building, 300,000 sq ft, build to suit development for 1000 occupants. LEED Gold certified project. • Manage a team which supports all Workplace Strategy Occupancy Planning and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) and Capital Project Development services across the portfolio, which includes 40 buildings across 20 location sites. - Oversight of 6 direct reports, numerous contractors and vendor relationships.
