Current• Led the buildout for the Sempra Energy Headquarters, a $250+Million building, 300,000 sq ft, build to suit development for 1000 occupants. LEED Gold certified project. • Manage a team which supports all Workplace Strategy Occupancy Planning and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) and Capital Project Development services across the portfolio, which includes 40 buildings across 20 location sites. - Oversight of 6 direct reports, numerous contractors and vendor relationships. Responsible for vendor selection including overseeing RFP process for architecture and interior firms for all projects.• Migration planning for the new SDG&E headquarters, a 250,000 sq ft development of 3 buildings, project launch August 2018. - Masterminding the direction and strategic planning activities including information gathering for 300 departments.• Collaborate on 2025 Strategic Plan, evaluating future facility needs and operational improvements. - Strong understanding of affiliate compliance rules, legal issues for regulated and unregulated businesses.• Strategic Planning and Project Management for a 200,000 sf high-rise building with approximately 1000 occupants. • Strategized, created and executed complex move sequences based on organizational restructuring requirements while maintaining compliance with CPUC regulatory guidelines. Negotiated space requirements with upper management; execute at all levels.• Responsible for Capital and O&M building projects, including tenant improvement and maintenance requests. Managed strategic sourcing initiatives, developed and maintained occupancy reports.• Managed team of move managers, furniture installers, space planners, standards advisers; vendors to support all aspects of project management, including workplace support services, warehousing and furniture inventory. Interfaced with CAFM team.
