I have over 45 years of experience with electrical and some control systems design for industrial facilities and specifically petrochemical and refining projects. I have been in a leadership role most of those 45 years and pride myself on being able to coach and mentor others to develop high performing teams. I am a dedicated volunteer scouter with 32 years serving our youth through the Boy Scouts of America involved currently in a youth leadership training role.
