Throughput Simulation project:- Successfully executed a comprehensive project that included modeling and throughput analysis for the entire line, covering four distinct areas. This involved forecasting eight unique models and concepts for France Team.- Performed sensitivity analysis comparing current conditions to potential scenarios.- Analyzed bottlenecks through block and starve condition analysis.- Optimized buffer sizes for products between one area to other- Conducted cycle time analysis and recommended solutions to increase throughput.- Conducted throughput studies for new and existing layouts/programs, from planning to production.- Collected data for model validation and calibration, including time studies and product mixes.- Developed Discrete Event Simulation (DES) models focusing on throughput, resource utilization, synchronization, constraints, and process improvement.
