Executed the first phase successfully comprising of 85 kms of fence, 9 surveillance centres, 2 sub command centres (about 100,000 sq ft of built up area), 85 kms of black top road and 115 kms of graded roads.b) Approval of samples of raw materials and subsequent procurement.c) Overall in-charge of the material management and personnel management of the project.

a) Commanded an Assam Rifles Company (250+ men), managing the human resource, security and company’s day-to-day affairs for 2 years. Conducted performance appraisals and decided promotions, rewards and employee promotions.b) Security Management of men and material of the company.

a) Recruitment and training of recruits in making track expedients, laying of prefabricated bridges, mine laying, placing of explosive charges, demolition and demining operations, prior to their induction into Army.b) Carrying out combat engineering tasks like preparation of helipads and airstrips, construction of class 9 tracks using dozers, setting up of mine fields, defusing Improvised Explosive devices, water supply in plains, hilly terrain and deserts.
