Fancy houses, big deals – it was like a real-life episode of House Hunters. But something was missing. I missed the thrill of serving, helping, and making things better. So, I dusted off my cop hat and returned to the City of South Jordan, armed with fresh sales skills and a newfound outlook on my career.I climbed the ranks, going from Sergeant to Lieutenant, and those years turned out to be the best darn part of my journey. Now, after two glorious decades and an eligibility for retirement, I'm on the hunt for the next adventure.But wait, there's more! A few years back, I realized that the lack of a college education might cramp my style in the future. So, I hit the books, determined to earn that bachelor's degree. But you know what? Learning was my jam, and I kept going, snagging an MBA along the way. And guess what? The business world turned out to be my playground.Now, fast forward to the present day. Through some divine intervention and a bit of luck, I landed a gig at JobNimbus. Yep, I'm the People Success Coach – it's a title as cool as it sounds. I'm certified in Strengthfinders and Respect Styles, and I've helped turn our company culture into something so amazing, it deserves its own fan club.So, there you have it, folks!
