About Lena Tran

You thought to yourself, “There’s got to be an easier way.” That’s where I come in. I’m a Chicago-based UX designer and I’m here to make life easier, one great design at a time. Before I became a designer, I spent a few years in media and marketing. I always thought that was where I belonged, in an industry that prides itself on understanding human behavior and building experiences. Soon, I realized that crafting a human experience goes beyond billboards and TV commercials, so I made a career pivot. I went from designing ad experiences to designing experiences that change the way people do everyday things.
