I am a goal oriented and results driven employee. I have spent most of my adult career training employees on different call center projects. I have strengthens in facilitating client material, curriculum design, administrative work, coaching, encouraging, and building confidents in my agents. I want to be number 1 in anything that I do but I am open to feedback and improvement to get there. I believe in being a team member to get not just myself to number 1 but my peers as well. I love to learn new things and proactively seek to do more then what is expected of me. Before working in the call center environment, I was an Administrative Assistant to a Sales director and 11 Sales managers. There I became certified in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am not afraid to ask for help when needed and I will always help those around. I am a fast paced learner and very energetic.
