Monitor and reach out to member's enrolled in our Diabetic program. Observe and deliver Quality Assurance to multiple CareCenter Specialist. Assist in the development of the specialists through weekly meetings, role-plays, and goal setting. Back-up to answering and directing call for the front desk. Set up and assist with interviews for potential new hires. Assist with training new hires. I participate on the Activities Committee to help boost morale through activities, rewards and potlucks. I also am part of the Social Media Committee to help build the companies exposure to the public and clients through Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
