• In cooperation with Mercedes-Benz Bremen:
• Developed a set of Anomaly Detection instruments in Python to analyze order and production parameters that cause problems during the production. The instruments revealed more than 100 previously unknown problem.
• Used Scikit Learn, NLTK, and SpaCy to create a machine learning decision support system to automatize the flow of customer requirement documents at a company department. Reduced the time to process a single document.
• Created an SQL pipeline to gather, clean, and analyze more than 4 years of company’s daily worldwide transportation data (85k routes, 15M orders per year).
• Used Python, pandas, NumPy to design an algorithm to detect outliers in this transportation network, reducing the transportation costs by rearranging 20% of the redundant transportation routes.
• Communicated the achieved results to business partners and stakeholders in weekly meetings. Translated business requirements into technical tasks in quarter-yearly steering committee meetings.

• During my work at the Institute of Computational Technologies, I've been developing a CFD software that optimizes hydraulic turbines. This involved both the theoretical improvements, as well as applying them in real.
• Participated in development of CFD software for simulating and designing hydraulic turbines based on the Finite Element Method.
• Programmed and deployed new functionality enabling to simultaneously optimize multiple turbine parts using multi-objective genetic algorithm.
• Successfully applied the developed functionality in a renovation project, optimizing the geometry of 8 existing turbines. The average efficiency of turbines has increased from 90% to 98%. One of the generated designs.
• Implemented a modification of the optimization algorithm that speeds up the convergence by 1.5 times by pre-computing the gradient of operating characteristic.
