• Support regulators of the Foreign Bank Supervision Department so as Ad-hoc requests

• Work together with internal teams (Trading, Consultant Relation/Sales, RFP, Performance measurement and Investment Specialist teams) and liaise with the external Vendor involved in the Consultant Databases process• Support the Consultant Database team with quality checks (quantitative & qualitative) on responses for all asset classes products (active/passive investment) both in German and English• Manage team mailbox and provide the regular deliverables with the Vendor OMNI eVestment (USA) and Copal Amba (India)• Assist in updating and maintaining process documents to support workflows so as Ad-hoc requests from clients and mandates• Support the RFP team on RPF & RFI• Update RFP fund profiles• Participate in weekly meetings/initiatives and prepare meeting notes• Participate in projects and take ownership of parts/task assigned (Internal Audit, Blue-Print Process Improvement Project, Databases (Mercer, Feri, Aon Hewitt, Cambridge, etc.) handbook

• Involved in the Compliance Season Check & Investment Policy Check projects;• Update rolling regulations & laws materials from PRC regulatory• Prepare meeting minutes, worksheets and briefing notes for Board and key-regular meetings

• Participate in the Travel Expense project; Assist auditors for audit reports• Prepare loan evidences for banks• Make vouchers & tax bills with SAP

• Collect feedback from customers and sales about modification of samples and records; Collect and analyze data for season orders and price adjustments for 6 months; Prepare trend Info share plate for 2010 Q4,Q1 trade show presentations• Assist 4 conferences to collect customers, magazine editors, models and designers’ feedback; Assist supervising warehouse

• Assist the backstage operating analysts so as open and close accounts
