Responsible for Personnel Logistics and Operations planning processes, analyzing project and personnel requirements with Operations, ensuring optimal selection of teams, meeting project deadlines and that the skill set matches the project requirements. Carrying out further activities such as:• Responsible for national and international logistics (Global Mobility) regarding requests for accommodation, transportation, flights, visa processes and the like. As well as Logistics Base - National and International Teams.• Responsible for the details of mobilization / demobilization with the team and the customer, including the completion of forms required by the customer, where applicable, and for maintaining personnel schedules through Global Mobility applications and other Operations systems, where necessary;• Analyze and maintenance of ASO, training and control and updating SISPAT - Fixed and multiple contracts (Probes and Vessels), Drake and Star System and other customer/site specific requirements;• responsible for regular reporting, providing management information as needed;• Support in the Billing processes of the sector - Conferencing, approvals, and direct contact with the financial sector, regarding the NF S of Transport, Hotel, Flights, Visa Processes and the like.• Support the control and planning of production and Support the Logistics of Materials.Main customers: Petrobras, Petrorio, Total, Trident and Karoon. | Main units served: FPSO, Maersk Developer, NORBE VI, NS29, NS31, NS32, NS33, NS38, NS41, NS42, NS43, NS44, NS45, NS51, NS52, PCE-1, PCH-1, SS73, SS70, and SS73.

Technical responsible for the QSMS actions of the unit, comprising a total of 50 employees, performing activities such as:• Verification and monthly update of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Legal Compliance Worksheet; • Administrative management in QSMS, performing activities such as: Accident and incident analysis | opening and CAT protocol | Hazards and Risks worksheet update, Control of corrective/ preventive actions | Update of Accident Statistics Worksheet and Indicators Worksheet (TCA, TSE, etc.). | Completion of NR4 tables | Control of ASO, PPP, PPRA, PCMSO, technical support to CIPA;• Responsible for the preparation and review of risk map, simulated Emergency, periodic inspections monthly (fire extinguishers and building);• analysis and disposal of waste; • Monitoring of internal audits when requested• responsible for holding safety meetings and training with officials based on safety regulatory standards;• Responsible for the delivery control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment);• Responsible for preparing Employee Integration and DDS (about 10 employees/month);Main customers: Petrobras, Petrorio, Total, Trident, Karoon | Main units served: FPSO, Maersk Developer, NORBE VI, NS29, NS31, NS32, NS33, NS38, NS41, NS42, NS43, SS44, NS45, NS51, NSSSPCH, SS1-79, SSPCH, SSSS1-79, SSPCH, SS1-79, SSPCH
