I am a Senior Manager and I am passionate about supporting and sustaining the individual’s and organisation’s development and growth. This passion has inspired the whole personal and professional development over the past 27 years. I am a certified Gestalt Counsellor, an Organisational Development professional, a PROSCI Practitioner and Trainer Level 2. The Gestalt Counselling expertise and practice has played a key role in my professional and leadership development as Change Manager, maturing those skills and human qualities that make the difference in guiding groups to achieving a common goal, exploiting their potentials, creating a trusted and respectful environment where diversity represents a fundamental recognised richness.Major achievements:- Created a Change Management internal practice based on PROSCI and trained more than 100 people in the organisation covering different roles (project managers, change agents, line managers)- Responsible for 20MN Euro budget, teams up to 70 people, partnership with third parties (e.g. temporary firms and external vendors)- Managed multiple projects, impacting up to 60.000 end users, with diverse and multicultural teams, in prestigious private, public and international organisations, providing results in the given time/budget framework and keeping a high level team engagement- Directed Regione Campania client participation in the prestigious e-Europe awards for e-Government 2005 (Brussels, Manchester).
