Currently, I work as a Logistics Assistant, responsible for overseeing and supporting five transporters operating across various regions of the country. I am also involved in seeking innovations in the transportation field by monitoring and analyzing projects aimed at continuous improvement across different sectors.I maintain constant communication with both internal and external clients, ensuring efficiency in the movement of finished products (PA) and raw materials (MP). Additionally, through this ongoing interaction, I identify opportunities for enhancing existing projects and implementing new initiatives.

As the primary point of contact between teams and the event organization, I played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and providing essential support. My responsibilities included:- Coordinating team activities and logistics.- Managing transportation needs for the event.- Addressing translation requirements and facilitating clear communication.- Problem-solving and offering general assistance to ensure smooth operations.

During an immersive exchange program, I had the unique opportunity to fully immerse myself in a foreign culture while living with a local family. My primary responsibility was to provide care and support for four boys of different ages after school and during their extracurricular activities. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to diverse age groups. Beyond childcare, I was deeply engaged in language acquisition, using the immersion environment to enhance my language skills.

As a Logistics Assistant, I was responsible for various essential tasks, focusing on financial management and performance analysis for over 170 drivers. My main activities included:- Ensuring the accuracy of records and facilitating efficient communication between partners.- Assisting in load tracking and acting as the focal point for the driver payment process.- Drafting settlement agreements and validating invoices, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.- Reviewing daily manifests and conducting biweekly expense analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities for the company.

As a Production Assistant, I had the opportunity to play a crucial role in customer service and support for clients benefiting from the "VIP Transfer" services. Acting as the first point of contact at the festival, I was responsible for assisting clients with all their needs, ensuring an exceptional experience from the very beginning.Together with the VIP Logistics team, we ensured the efficient and high-quality operation of the service, delivering unforgettable days throughout the event.

During my experience as a Logistics intern, I had the opportunity to directly contribute to the efficiency of the company's operations. My main activities included:- Inventory management, ensuring precise control of products and supplies.- Reviewing and monitoring the financial analysis with carriers, ensuring cost and deadline compliance.- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, with attention to tax regulations.- Constant communication with other departments, facilitating the flow of information and integration between areas.Additionally, I supported the monthly analysis of inventories in third-party warehouses, identifying and correcting discrepancies. This process was crucial for more effective resource management and continuous improvement of logistical operations.
