CurrentAdminister and route trouble tickets using SalesForce, ServiceNow, and in-house ticketing systems within an SLA.Administer priority 1 incident calls within an SLA, including paging of necessary teams, note taking, alerting, and routing to the call towards incident resolution.Order, manage, and install WordPress, IIS, and Linux SSL certificates for thousands of company clients.Monitor, respond and route, multiple team emails.Monitor MS Teams and Slack support channels and respond to support requests.Monitor and create trouble tickets from alerting systems including SolarWinds and MS SCOM.
