I worked for Pearson plc as Director of Talent Acquisition for the Core markets. As a member of both the Global Talent Acquisition and Core HR Leadership teams I was responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy in partnership with the Core and UK operations and managed a team of recruiters across the UK and Australia. As part of the TA leadership team I led global TA initiatives from the Core market perspective.

As Head of Executive Talent Acquisition my role was to support the effective design of a Global Executive acquisition strategy for Pearson and lead on Executive hiring across the US and UK.

As Recruitment and People Development Manager I had responsibility for all recruitment and development activity for Head Office from both an operational and strategic perspective.

I joined Pearson as the HR Advisor for Pearson plc responsible for recruitment and learning and development for Head Office.

I joined Michael Page on the Graduate Training Scheme and worked as an HR functional specialist.
