With over 10 years of work experience in human resources, I am a skilled and certified People professional with a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management working in the charity sector, supporting STADA's mission to eradicate domestic violence. Previously, I worked as an HR Business Partner at Maven Securities, a leading proprietary trading firm, where I supported performance management, projects and employee engagement initiatives for over 200 employees across multiple locations. Prior to that, I was an HR Manager at Liv-ex, the global marketplace for fine wine, and ICX4 Ltd, a data analytics company, where I managed the full operational HR cycle, including payroll, benefits, engagement and training. I have also developed strong data skills, such as Excel and Power BI, that enabled me to create and maintain HR reports and dashboards for senior management. My core competencies include HR policies and procedures, automation of processes, employee lifecycle (on and offboarding, resolving queries, ER) and analysis of HR trends and survey data.
