The EMEA “RETO SSC” of BNP PARIBAS CARDIF is the internal IT Shared Service Center entity delivering application services to in-country businesses across the EMEA region. We do architecture, analyses, development, test, release and maintenance for core business applications as well as digital front ends and integration layers using agile and traditional project approaches both. We provide end-user support as well as infrastructure projects and operations with cooperation of our company (CARDIF) and group (BNP PARIBAS) IT structures.

Responsibility for ICT Infrastructure (Servers, Storages, Telecommunication) of ČSOB Bank and Insurance in Czech and Slovak Republics. Cooperation with other KBC entities in Europe.

Leading 20 system engineers and architects to deliver documented standards (global/regional design) for each technology mentioned above. Support migrations and other project activities. Cooperate with other teams within Operations group to help deliver constant service for users/customers not only in EMEA region of DPWN (Deutsche Post World Net) group businesses.

Country IT Manager for HP Czech Republic. Responsibility for all IT infrastructure and IT service providers for HP.cz. Managing local IT support team.

Delivering IT solutions to customers, mainly based on (Novadigm) HP Radia solution. Wokring as presales consultant, consultant, technical lead and project manager as well.

IT administrator with responsibility of IT systems support, end-user support. Act as IT Helpdesk lead, internal communication & billing responsibility. Cooperation of EMEA (region) wide projects, e.g. Y2k readiness.
