Leading a team of 35 education professionals who shape the School's propaedeutic program.

Co-created with two students, the HMSM Excellence Program offers an extra-curricular project for the best students of the school. Over a course of 20 weeks, the Program challenges its participants to solve a real-life business case. The students are supported by weekly masterclass workshops provided by hospitality industry experts. I supervise the organizing committee, select and coach the participants, and safeguard the quality of the Program.

Coordination of all student challenges and related events, bearing full responsibility. I select and coach the school's student ambassadors for international student challenges and case competitions around the globe. Additionally, several related events are organized and hosted under my supervision.

Organizing social and educational activities for the staff members of the school.

Lecturing courses on Finance, Accountancy and Controlling within the entire curriculum of the school. Additionally, I coach and supervise students during projects and internships within this field of expertise.

Researcher for the research center Data Driven Hospitality. Conducted research and created implementable solutions for hospitality business using internal and external data sources.

I was responsible for the first semester of the school. I coordinated both content and logistics of the module, related to the practical departments in the Teaching Hotel and the student restaurant REFRESH.
