Supply the US production facility with all parts. Member of the MT, Project Member of ERP implementation (MS Dynamics AX). 4 direct and 80 indirect reports.Achievements: successful relocation of Assembly and Logistics to a new site. Increased production with >100% within a year. Huge improvements on quality and reliability of final products accomplished. Lean workflow (cell production) implemented. ERP project live in less than 6 months.

Just after a few months after Satcon expanded its commercial activities to Europe, I joined Satcon to set up operations, supply chain management and the service operation in the EMEA region. In 2010 as a team we sold 7x the projected outlook for that year.

Initially hired as Interim but contracted very quickly. In the fast growing market of renewable energy (PhotoVoltaics) I set up from scratch pan-european logistics and distribution network for 8 european countries; including a Germany based 5000m2 warehouse and staffing and contracting 3rd party logistics partners. Matching the demand of internal customers versus the insecure supply of producers of solar panels and inverters was the challenge.
