Responsible for the research and deployment of electric vehicle financing solutions for the company's customers operating in Canada and in the United States. Development of financing products with the financial partners in order to support the Sales force of the company.

- Responsible for the financing of the Bus portfolio across Canada, the financing of the Volvo and Mack trucks for Eastern Ontario and Western Québec, and the financing of used trucks for the Toronto area for a captive finance company.- Retain and expand existing client relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, market penetration and profitability objectives, and proactively develop relationships with new clients.- Handle all the major accounts and promote the value added proposition of the company in order to build long-lasting relationship and achieve superior results.- Work closely with the manufacturers in order to develop special programs and adapted financial products allowing market share increase.- Train Business Managers (F&I) at the dealerships and develop strong relationship with the Sales Representatives in order to increase new opportunities.- Funded tens of millions of dollars of buses by promoting the company's added value at meaningful and focused business and industry activities and seeking out and creating opportunities to generate new relationships.

- Responsible for the financing of Volvo and Mack trucks in the province of Quebec and in Northern & Western Ontario.- Financed several hundreds of million dollars' worth of heavy trucks by directly handling all the major accounts in the territory and proactively opening lines of credit.- Developped marketing strategies and business plans with dealers and manufacturers reviewed periodically based on performances and market changes.- Marketing and promotion of financial products and special programs to improve customer's loyalty and create strategic market differentiation.

- Responsible for the financing of the Volvo trucks in the province of Quebec and in the Maritimes.- Agent of change for a newly created captive finance company responsible for setting up processes for wholesale and retail financing for heavy trucks through the distribution network.- Developed the Business Manager's role (F&I's) at the truck dealerships and provide continuous training on site and during conferences.- Audit floorplan inventory and followed up on dealer's results and performances.

- Monthly financial planning and analysis for the Aircraft Engine Division.- Establish cost controls and departmental reports for expenses.- Participate in improvements to the gain share program.

- Financial planning and analysis for the trucks and lift trucks financing division.- Design a business model to determine profitability by products.- Participate in acquisition projects.- Conduct portfolio analysis and perform presentations to customers.- Produce quarterly presentations for the top management.

- Coordination of the company's total budgeting and forecasting activities for the division GE Capital Claims Services.- Create a segmented budget by cost centre and other financial tools.- Participate in acquisition projects, negotiation and due diligence.- Prepare operating reviews and various senior management presentations.- Promote the company's culture in a recently acquired business.

- Responsible for account reconciliation and capital expenditures tracking.- Management of the annual physical inventory audit.
