As a Pharmacometrics Scientist at the Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV), I leverage over 7 years of experience in mathematical modeling and simulation to support antimalarial drug development. To this end, I develop population pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (pop PK/PD) models to optimize clinical trials. I also develop novel mathematical and numerical methods for malaria disease modeling and simulation.My background is in biological physics. During my PhD at the University of Paris-Saclay and postdoc at the University of Geneva, I used tools from theoretical physics to develop mathematical models of biological systems, working in close collaboration with biologists. My research, published as lead author in top-tier journals, has significantly advanced the understanding of fundamental biological processes, from viral DNA packaging to cellular self-organization.Driven by a passion for applying mathematical and computer simulation tools to life sciences, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between fundamental science and global health.
