Seedrs is a UK fintech (Acquired by Republic, US Fintech Unicorn) - now the largest global private investment platform, and a pioneer of Equity Crowdfunding, facilitating investment from retail investors into startups.GTM - I lead GTM marketing at Seedrs. This includes marketing strategy and execution for 3 product launches, including our mobile app, ongoing feature releases, and strategic product planning for new & future products.Product adoption & awareness - I lead Seedrs’ customer education efforts, and marketing to drive adoption of B2C products. This includes the strategy, build and delivery of the core investor education centre, product specific education campaigns, and the planning and execution of long term product adoption marketing tests for 5 specific products.Customer research - I lead all B2C research at Seedrs. In 2022 I planned and launched the Seedrs State of the Investor Survey, surveying over 1200 investors and interviewing 50+, resulting in a deep understanding of our customer. In 2023 I ran the survey again to a similar number, which is influencing our product roadmap, business development strategy, and generated external media coverage. Market research - For various B2B and B2C GTM plans I’ve completed comprehensive competitive analysis, mapping existing and potential threats, detailed product reviews, and extensive desktop research. Positioning & messaging - As part of GTM planning, I’ve crafted persona-specific positioning & messaging for more than 5 products, covering both B2B and B2C.Cross functional relationships - As the only PMM at Seedrs, covering multiple regulated and novel products across B2B & B2C, I’ve had to build strong relationships and ways of working across the business. My role sits within marketing, and I work extensively with product, data, business development, customer success, investment, legal, and compliance.

The London Reign is a luxury hospitality venue in Central London. After a successful internship I was invited back in a full time marketing role.
