In this role, I was responsible for:- Meeting with clients or stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.- Analyzing business needs to translate them into flowcharts and functional specifications.- Collaborating with the development team to design technical solutions that meet the requirements.- Defining acceptance criteria and test cases, ensuring that implemented solutions meet the initial requirements.- Updating and maintaining project documentation.- Creating user manuals and operational guides.- Training end-users on new features.- Providing support to users during the go-live phase and post-go-live.- Analyzing change requests and evaluating their impact.- Coordinating the implementation of changes with development and testing teams.- Collaborating with the Technical Team Leader to define and prioritize the product backlog.- Facilitating sprint planning meetings to define sprint goals and select backlog items.- Facilitating collaboration and communication within the team to enhance efficiency.
