Organization of the three day seminar for members of the cantonal governments in Interlaken. Tasks include: -Coordination of all activities-Definition of the three day program-Point of contact for stakeholders and speakers and liaison officer at the seminar itself-Management of costs tied to infrastructure etc.

Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of various foreign policy dossiers, such as certain bilateral agreements between Switzerland and the EU (aviation, Creative Europe) and the coordination of human rights reports (f.e UPR). Prepearing speaches, speaking notes, background and analytical papers on foreign and domestic policy issues.

-Inhaltliche Leitung und Gestaltung des Programms-Durchführung vom Sitzungen-Organisation von Veranstaltungen -Erarbeitung wissenschaftlicher Analysen und Papiere

Verantwortlicher Medien Monitoring und tägliches Press Review. Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich der Kommunikation. Verfassen von Hintergrundberichten zu EU-spezifischen Themen.

Unterstützung des Botschafters, Verfassen politischer/witschaftlicher Berichte, Organisieren von Aktivitäten der Botschaft, Verteten der Botschaft an Konferenzen und Panels

Beratung von Kunden, Buchung von Pauschal/Individualreisen sowie Flugtickets und Krisenmanagement bei unvorhergesehenen Problemen von Kunden.
