I am a Florida Bar Board Certified Intellectual Property Lawyer and registered patent attorney in the Tampa office of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP.In my intellectual property practice, I help clients navigate issues including:• patent matters – such as preparing & prosecuting patent applications, preparing patent non-infringement opinions and engaging in patent infringement litigation;• trademark matters – such as preparing & prosecuting trademark applications, creating and managing international trademark portfolios and engaging in trademark infringement litigation;• copyright matters – such as preparing & prosecuting copyright applications and engaging in copyright infringement litigation; and• trade secret matters – such as identifying and protecting trade secrets (including trade secrets litigation).I am especially excited to guide many startup businesses through the myriad of intellectual property issues which they confront.
