I have 8 years of hands-on experience at national and international level, occupying roles of increasing responsibility, combining proactivity, passion and ability to adapt and developing strong leadership skills. By participating in the coordination of a call center with over 120 agents between Milan and Tirana (Albania) first and in the start up of 2 outsourcing projects (Albania and Portugal) and their development. I manage the relationship with the supplier, representing the first point of contact for the my company whit the ownership of sales and quality performances (managing directly the internal sales and quality team) for the internal Team too. This commitment allowed me to develop concrete skills on four main areas: Sales & Operations, Customer service, Management of different Teams and problem solving in a short time, with limited resources and budget constraints. I quickly learned to take on the responsibilities related to the position, being careful for available objectives / resources, tied to the time of the business and the budget.
