Worked in Shanghai since almost 8 years, in the Chinese subsidiary Riello UPS ( Asia ) CO.,Ltd. Under the position of Service Manager, i was in charge to train and manage a team of engineers specialized in commissioning and repairing Ups ( Uninterruptable Power Supply ). I also gave assistance to all Asia Pacific ( APAC ), providing technical training to company's engineers located in Singapore and all distributors engineers. When necessary i personally flew around China or APAC area to give service assistance or for important projects I was also in charge to give technical Pre-Sales support:- Technical information on our Products- Suggestions and Solutions for the installations- Co-operating with Italy to realize special machines based on customer requirements- Customer FAT ( Factory acceptance Test ) in Shanghai

I joined Riello UPS in March 2001 as Electronic Technician in Charge of Production Test of UPS. After four year i moved to the Reparation Laboratory, doing trouble shooting and repairing PCB Board, rejected by the Production or returned back from the field. The laboratory was also in charge to give quality feedback and suggestion for future improvements, being directly connected with the Research and Development department. Joined, since July 2007 until February 2009, to the R&D (Research and development ) Team. My tasks were divided between laboratory and office. Laboratory, realizing and testing prototypes of new MachineOffice, realizing User Manuals, Instructions Manuals for UPS production, Drawings with autocad 2D/3D and Reports of all the test done on new Prototype
