I design and execute clients' global insurance strategy providing coordination, consistency and compliance around the world. In addition, I collaborate with the M&A team regarding new innovative solutions and ensuring placement, execution and delivery of the WTW proposition for clients during RFPs. ☛ Lead and executed strategy for new media client that dissatisfied with its current broker came to WTW to help gain clarity around local policies that had come from a previous acquisition. With less than two months prior to the global property renewal, I coordinated the placement of the existing controlled master program whilst simultaneously addressing the acquired local policies, by coordinating the BOR’s, evaluating local policy T&C, and getting quotes for their inclusion in the CMP. This brought to improved visibility and communication between HQ and the local offices and overall satisfaction of the client. ☛ Reassessed long-term client insurance portfolio that needed some improvements after a series of acquisitions. After review of their current program and exposures, I saw an opportunity to market the account. I communicated this during the renewal strategy meeting with the client and I identified additional areas of risk and pockets of saving. I collaborated with the client every step of the process and engaged with our support team in India. By using tools such as Axco for global compliance and negotiating with the panel market, I was able to provide competitive quotes that were $100k less than expiring. ☛ Client in the baseball industry needed help customizing their foreign casualty program to accommodate broader coverage for players, scouts and employees. Coordinated ad hock meetings with the insurance carrier and the client, streamlining communication to get to a mutual agreed manuscript endorsement. Show less

Collaborate with multiple groups across the firm and participate in strategic projects such as RFPs and M&A deals to acquire new clients and expand Marsh’s book of business. Mentor and coach employees on internal processes and negotiation techniques with panel markets.☛ Facilitated thorough assessment of a new media client. Found out about coverage gaps and inconsistency with the current insurance program. Suggested creative solutions to utilize economies of scale at the global level. This approach brought to a 15% cost saving on the annual premium and compliance with the local regulations. Consequently, the company limited its liability and gained more control on their exposures.☛ Performed contract review for a long-term client expanding its operations in Brazil. Became the liaison between the US carrier and the client requesting amendments to the current policy to account for the new contract specifications and the risks/parts involved in the transaction. My analysis revealed potential gaps in coverage with their current program structure that would have halted the implementation of strategic projects at the local level. The extreme satisfaction of the client lead to an extension of the BOR contract to Marsh for an additional year.☛ Planned ad hoc training sessions between Marsh and insurance carriers to foster a better collaboration on mutual clients. The sessions revealed areas of opportunity for new business, increased knowledge of policy forms and evolving trends. Show less
