I am an experienced analytics & data science professional with a diverse technical and business skillset, and I am also a developing business analytics leader. Since April of 2023, I have been with Nationwide Insurance, within their Internal Audit department, leading audit analytics as well as process and task mining initiatives. The majority of my work is team leadership, ETL/visualization as well as process intelligence. I use Celonis, Microsoft Process Mining (formerly called Minit and Process Advisor), PowerBI, Power Query, Tableau, Snowflake, Dataiku, Databricks, SQL and a bit of PowerAutomate to do most of my work. I am also a thought leader and contributor on topics like artificial intelligence, continuous improvement and lean six sigma.Before joining Nationwide, I worked for Mettler Toledo International for 5 years in multiple data/analytics roles. My key achievement with MT was developing, launching and leading our first global customer analytics initiative which helped drive sales. At MT I used Tableau, Python, SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, KNIME, Tableau Prep and the Microsoft Suite to do my job.I received a BSBA in Business with a focus in Operations Management as well as a BS in Economics from the Ohio State University with honors. I also received my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
