Project Manager of Robotics4EU Horizon2020 (€3 Million)In my role at Robotics4EU, I lead the day-to-day operations aimed at driving widespread robotics adoption throughout Europe. The increasing prevalence of robotics has started discussions about their societal impact. Through the EU-funded Robotics4EU initiative, I am actively applying the principles of responsible robotics within the EU robotics community. Our overarching objective is to foster the seamless societal acceptance of robotics solutions, particularly those centered around artificial intelligence. These solutions have the ability to transform critical sectors including healthcare, infrastructure inspection & maintenance, agri-food, and agile production. We have conducted citizen consultations, co-creation workshops (end-user & developer), policy recommendations, VR exhibition, and developed a compass to help solutions become more responsible. Project Partner at INNOBUYER EIC (€2M)My role within the INNOBUYER project involves working closely with each participating company to define their unique challenge, identify suitable solution providers, and facilitate the co-creation process between the challenger and the solver. More specifically, I lead the design and execution of the co-creation phase. This contributes to strengthening the innovation ecosystem, resulting in streamlined service delivery. The InnoBuyer initiative empowers sizeable organizations (Challengers) to identify and address their innovation needs. By fostering collaborations between Challengers and innovative SMEs, particularly those supported by the European Innovation Council, we collectively pave the way for pioneering solutions. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in guiding organizations towards the formulation of comprehensive terms of reference, expediting the innovation procurement journey.Furthermore, I contribute towards the BUILD Horizon2020 (0.5Mill.) and 4NGELS (0.5Mill.) projects. Wrote and won for GIZ, EUDIS, and i3.

In addition to this, I support The Business Hippie Club by providing monthly workshops to its members about concept development. Research and ecosystem development – SoFiMaConducting EU-funded academic research into the funding barriers between different forms of social enterprises and financial providers. Purpose to create a memorandum of understanding between stakeholders to kick-start the dormant social industry in Estonia. Internal knowledge management – SCOARCreated a standardized way of working in order to be able to scale with more people. Conducted SEO research. Used design thinking methodologies, personas, customer journeys, and empathy maps to create better marketing campaigns fitted to client needs.
