I recently graduated from Conestoga College in Kitchener Ontario. I earned an advanced diploma in Business Administration Management, and graduated top of my class putting myself on the Presidents Honour List for 2021. I realized my love for business management and entrepreneurship while growing up watching my dad operate and grow the family business (Eising Garden Centre). To fund my education, I worked summers and weekends at the garden centre, where I was able to grow my skills in several different roles. I worked as a landscape foreman, a sales associate, and am often involved in improving and maintaining the property. To gain more experience in a management position and improve my people skills, I joined The Right Angle as an assistant carpenter. Currently, I work as an independent contractor for The Right Angle.
