Twenty (20) year professional in commercial real estate development, commercial and economic development, and non-profit economic development.I am a Owner's Rep Project Manager at PMA's San Diego & Austin Offices with specialized focuses in life science (manufacturing and R&D), biotech, science & technology R&D, tenant interiors, and non-profits & public green spaces. Additional professional interests include addressing challenged properties, particularly vacant/blighted buildings and urban infill projects with sustainable community development components. I have previously worked in rural West Virginia, where I worked at the Northern WV Brownfields Assistance Center in rural community development and economic predevelopment of brownfields and blighted properties. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of redevelopment projects alongside dedicated partners across the state, supporting a variety of activities including community engagement and facilitation, grant writing, site reuse planning, entitlements, and market assessment.My time in New Orleans was focused on Tulane's Master of Sustainable Real Estate program with an emphasis on finance and project management, while my directed research was on deconstruction, salvage, and preservation in New Orleans. I received my MSRED in 2018, as well as recognition with Academic Distinction, Leadership, and Research Awards.
