As part of the staff at Hole In The Wall, I play a key role in providing members and guests with a seamless, enjoyable experience. My responsibilities include maintaining our golf cart fleet and delivering exceptional service to all golfers.

Managed daily golf shop operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and sales using Clubessential Software. Coordinated tee times and provided exceptional service to club members, enhancing their overall experience. Utilized Golf Genius to organize tournaments and Sling Software to schedule caddies efficiently. Developed junior golf programs to support youth participation and development.

During my time working at Tri County, I was exposed to nearly every facet of the industry. I developed a benchmark of quality customer service under the guidance of excellent Golf Professionals. I assisted with tournament and league setup using Golf Genius Software, performed club repairs including applying grips and re-shafting club, and trained new employees on the operations of a pro shop and maintenance of carts.
