Also, assist and mentor our US Service Desk team with day-to-day technical requests, making sure to exceed SLA standards.Specific responsibilities include:- Provide Tier II or higher support upon request from any source in the company. - Complete tasks assigned via team sprint planning, making sure to meet expected SLAs. My team is tasked with monitoring and maintaining multiple different vital systems for each customer around the clock and reporting this information to each team that needs this information for optimal operation.Specific responsibilities include:-Monitor different infrastructure pieces throughout the workday for live network integrity. -Generate system reports for communicating monitoring information to the appropriate teams.-Use programs like Putty, MobaXterm, Xming, etc. to access different remote systems for scheduled system monitoring/maintenance.-Updating User Accounts through Windows Server (Active Directory).-Monitor and troubleshoot different telecommunication devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite, LAN).-Analyzing various important lottery data points across multiple platforms(proprietary web apps, spreadsheets, command-line repositories, etc.) to verify the consistency of data integrity.-Assisting Intralot Field Service Technicians, Call Center Reps., and Intralot customers with step-by-step troubleshooting procedures by way of phone, IM, email, ticketing service, or remote device cooperation.
