Role KPI divides into two areas, pre-sales solution and project delivery supervisor. Participate 20+ opportunity followup, and lead 4 main customer projects with customer relationship continuity maintaining.1. Lead pre-sales solution/proposal, and support sales strategy in collaboration with AE and industry CSM;2. Full time support project delivery during transition period from sales to project in the early stage. Supervising project status to assure success delivery.

1) Pre-sales. Participated in more than 50 customer pitching process as pre-sales consultant, providing business value, technology, solution and quotation output;2) Project Manager / Supervisor. Participated in the implementation of more than 20 projects as a project manager / supervisor. Responsible for project resource coordination, customer expectation management, risk control, project payment collection, etc.;3) Internal Operation. IT support for internal company operation, covering IT systems of marketing, sales, HR, finance.

1. Project delivery. Configure and code in Salesforce platform;2. Pre-Sales. Collaborate with sales team in POC and project cost estimation; 3. Project management and technical solution design.
