As the Director of Finance at Carle Foundation Hospital, I provide financial leadership and guidance to the clinical and support directors, helping them manage their operations and capital efficiently and effectively. I have over 35 years of experience in healthcare finance, spanning strategic planning, revenue cycle, budgeting, and operations.My mission is to facilitate the improvement of the hospital's performance and quality of care, by implementing innovative and data-driven solutions, such as StrataJazz Dynamic Reporting, a rolling forecast model that replaces traditional budgeting processes with a forward-looking management tool.
