I handled every aspect of all cyber services for clients while supporting their events. This includes network management and the creation and implementation of VLANS of all kinds. I also handled all the desktop and network support for the conference space of the Marriott Marquis where I was stationed.

Support teachers and staff with all technology related issues. Provide services to students; including iPad issues and all PC and MAC problems. While at DPISD I became a Jamf Certified Technician and was instrumental in the set-up of and handling of all aspects of our MDM.

Analyze network problems, perform troubleshooting on our state wide wireless network, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution while keeping all personnel informed and involved. My duties also included IP provisioning on our entire network which involved setting up and maintaining VLANS as well as normal provisioning duties. Duties also included Level 3 Tech Support for our customer’s internet connections and general network problems.

I handled every aspect of purchasing and I.T. for two asphalt plants, from getting bids, and setting up vendors, to obtaining the best prices and delivery. My daily duties included network management, PC repair and troublshooting. I maintained our network of 50+ computers all on a private domain with VPN access.
